The exterior is constructed from 5 layers of stainless steel and aluminum, while the interior is made of 2 layers of PFOA-free non-stick material. The handles may warm up with extended heat exposure but cool down rapidly.

Ideal for Medium to Low Heat Cooking: To maintain the lifespan of your non-stick cookware, cook at low to moderate heat levels on the stovetop or in an oven with a temperature of 425° or less, without a lid. When using cooking fat, stick to traditional liquid oils, butter, coconut oil, etc. Avoid pump and aerosol sprays as they are difficult to clean off. Use soft material utensils such as wooden, silicone, or nylon, and avoid cutting food in the pans with a knife or fork.
