Legend Cookware Pots and Pans can be used with any kitchen setup, including electric, gas, glass, or induction. They can go from stove cooktop to oven, allowing for true one-pot meal cooking. They are oven safe up to 450°F. The lid, pot, and pan handles may heat up rapidly, so use a potholder when lifting.

Legend stainless steel copper core cookware is designed to last a lifetime. It is built from the inside out, with 5 layers chosen for rapid heating and retention, even heating, heat conductivity, and cooking stability. Each piece is carefully assembled and the handles are firmly riveted on, making them ideal for soups, stews, roasts, braises, and other heavy dishes on any stovetop.

EASY TO CLEAN & CARE FOR.

To maintain the quality of your Legend cookware, allow it to cool completely to room temperature before cleaning. Clean it with dish detergent and a sponge or soft mesh scrubber. To maintain its luster, polish it with water or baking soda and a mild acid, such as vinegar or lemon juice. While it is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended. Stainless steel copper core pots and pans require no special handling, unlike cast iron, pure copperware, enameled and nonstick clad cookware.

GENUINE 5 PLY DESIGN.

Each layer of premium metal in the Legend cookware serves a purpose. The 304 stainless steel layer ensures safe and easy-clean cooking, while the thick copper core provides rapid and reliable conductivity. The aluminum layers reduce the weight of the sturdy copper layer. The 430 magnetic steel layer allows for performance on all cooktops. Heat distribution to the handles may occur over long periods of high temperature cooking, so make sure to use a potholder when grasping the handles.

NO NEED FOR NON-STICK COATING.

With Legend pots and pans, there's no need for non-stick coating. Just let them get hot, then add a healthy cooking oil like safflower or olive oil, and you can sauté vegetables or fry a steak to perfection. There's no need to worry about health risks when cooking at high heat, as with traditional cheap non-stick coating. There's also no need to painstakingly craft your own coating and baby it, like with cast iron. Just cook, clean, and put it away. Heavy-duty quality from cookware designed for easy daily use.
